"I had visited few days back and met sales executives for getting quote of 3xo. Executives are worst they don't know the basic details of vehicles. They are all busy in high end vehicles like scorpio and thar. When after few days I asked for quotation in BH number the sales executives have not responded even calls and many msges . Even after follow up for three days no final quotation is provided..pathetic. pathetic. I think they don't want to sale low end vehicle as they are getting big queues for Thar and Scorpio. I was very impressed with Mahindra but this showroom has spoiled the imange. Abb inko gadi toh jindagi me nai lunga"

"I visited the Mahindra dealership with the intent to immediately purchase a new vehicle and was specifically considering the XUV700 and the Scorpio-N, with an exchange of my existing SUV. As part of the decision process, I requested test drives for both models. Unfortunately, neither the XUV700 nor the Scorpio-N was available for a test drive. The only vehicle available was a EVs, which did not meet my requirements and was not a suitable substitute for the models I was evaluating. In addition, no valuation was offered for my current vehicle, which made it impossible to properly assess the overall deal. The sales team’s response felt cold and disengaged, despite the fact that I was a ready and serious buyer."

"One of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had. Gave my Thar Roxx for regular servicing and got it back in a worse condition than I gave it. The cleaning was careless and poorly done, and the boot door was left loose, making loud knocking sounds on every speed bump. On inspection, it was obvious that a boot door latch had been broken during the service. This damage was not present earlier. I was told the part would be replaced, then conveniently informed it was “not available” and asked to follow up later. Since then, there has been absolute zero communication. No calls, no updates, no follow-ups. Repeated attempts to reach the service centre have been ignored. To top it off, just collecting the car after service took 2–3 hours, which clearly shows how poorly this place is managed and how little they value a customer’s time. Damaging a customer’s vehicle, failing to fix it, and then going completely silent is unacceptable. This service centre is unprofessional, careless, and not worthy of being an authorised Mahindra workshop. Avoid if you care about your vehicle."

"Pathetic service , first of all they promise to deliver vehicle on time , but once you booked , then only you will chase , they will make you tired , but ll not give the vehicle , then after delivery also , again you will case for number , as the vehicle will ideal at your home. Bogus service ."

"Vert bad service. Staff doesn’t know the exact problem and solution in the car. Mechanics are less experienced who can’t even recognize the fault in the car and engines."
